It requires 24 hour minimum advance notice to enable us to have the home prepared. No same day move in  bookings are accepted.  Payment required by credit card in full in advance of arrival for this special, debit cards will not be accepted. Further restrictions will be outlined in the Quotation for Lodging and if booked in the Lodging Confirmation Letter.

 Subject to availability. Kindly check the availability calendar for the date you want for each house you may want be a Guest in. The accuracy of the calendar is not guaranteed, best to contact us if in doubt.

Smoking is not allowed in any property, only outside the building.

No pets are allowed NO EXCEPTIONS!

Property available on a first come first serve basis. This means the first person to place a deposit on the home, gets the home. We do not accept bookings without credit card deposits.

Some age restrictions apply to 123 Pool House, Atrium House and Glass House: No children from Toddler to  8 years old!
