Step in to your very own private Euro style Glass House with a lovely covered Atrium featuring a nice fountain and deck with a table and chairs, when you stay in my executive rental home. The Atrium plants are protected from the weather so they are lovely year round. This home is completely furnished, and includes an ADT alarm system, bedding, towels and linens, dishes and pots and pans, washer and dryer and ice maker refrigerator, telephone service, lawn service, cable modem and expanded cable television in all bedrooms and living room and family room!

This is a hotel style rental accommodation that provides luxury only found in a single family private home.

Located in a very convenient neighborhood inside loop 410, near North Star Mall and Alamo Quarry Mall (one mile) and the San Antonio Airport (2.5 miles), close to 410 and 281, so commuting to Ft. Sam (5.7 miles), Randolph AFB (18.4 miles), or downtown (approximately 5 miles) is accessible in minutes from home when you stay at one of my Executive Rental properties. It takes me about ten minutes non-rush hour to get to the River Center Mall. There is an HEB grocery store, a Blockbuster Video, a Walgreens pharmacy, a liquor store within two blocks of this fine home.

This house features a lovely lot with a fenced-in rear yard.

Home features a master bedroom suite with private bath and very large dressing room/closet with built in chest of drawers. The Master bedroom overlooks the atrium. Custom paint and furniture make this a lovely space to stay in.

A second good sized bedroom features a Queen-sized Therapedic bed with a luxurious shared bath.

The largest bedroom is in a separate wing, it features a extra long double bed, One twin sized Barcelona style day bed, and a glass computer desk with complimentary pc and laser printer and room television. Photos coming of this room on Jan 25. This Bed Room also joins the lovely atrium. This room will sleep up to three persons.

A very nice family room with some furniture pieces from Spain, and a nice color television with dvd player has glass walls facing the atrium and the rear yard, and is integral to the kitchen.

The newly rehabbed kitchen features a marble floor, contemporary lighting, a microwave, breakfast bar, separate dinette table, and has all the items necessary to cook good meals.

The one car garage has an electric door.

This home used to be occupied by the Owner, Jim Smith, and has personal touches that only an owner-occupant can bring to an executive rental.

AN ABOVE GROUND POOL HAS BEEN INSTALLED BEHIND FOUR HOMES THAT ARE SIDE-BY-SIDE!  Four homes are located adjacent to one another, Stone House, Trail Rider House, Atrium House and Glass House.  A part of the back yards are being combined to provide a pool area accessible to all four homes. Like in a hotel, you share the pool with other guests.  The pool area is fenced off from the rest of the private rear yards, and has a locked gate access for pool enjoyment.  Guests are required to sign a waiver to use the Pool.  There is no life guard on duty, you swim at your own risk.
